Lagniappe Homecare was established in 2012 to give residents of Central Louisiana an option for state-of-the-art rehabilitation and nursing services delivered right in their own home. While our name may be new, our staff has decades of home care experience with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. We are proud to call Central Louisiana home and to better serve our customers, in 2018 we added locations in Winnfield, Natchitoches and Many. With these additions, Lagniappe Homecare now serves the following areas: Winnfield, Jonesboro, Ruston, Tullos, Alexandria, Pineville, Marksville, Bunkie, Oakdale, Ville Platte, Natchitoches, Many, Mansfield, Leesville and Toledo Bend and the areas surrounding these communities.  Our team of caregivers is dedicated to our local communities and active in many organizations including the American Heart Association, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Cenla’s Race for the Cure, American Cancer Society, the Walk from Obesity, Friendship House, and Rapides Children’s Advocacy Center. Lagniappe Homecare was honored to receive EQ Health’s 2013 Louisiana Home Health Capstone Quality Award and was very proud to be the recipient of the 2014 Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce’s Best New Business Award. Lagniappe Homecare has also been the proud the recipient of Cenla’s Choice for Best Homecare in 2017 and 2018. Lagniappe Homecare is proud to be part of the Central Management Company family. With over 55 years of experience in the long-term care profession, our home care agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation services continue to earn the respect of our customers and their families, as well as our peers in the medical community.
